Once I have a clear idea of the event experience you’re seeking, I’ll shop venues and narrow down a list of only those settings and spaces that suit your exact event vision. I’ll send you this list to browse and will answer any questions you may have before you make your final venue selection.

After we’ve confirmed your event date and venue, I’ll help you hand-select only the most trusted, seasoned vendors who I’m confident can deliver the experience you’re seeking. Navigating language barriers, time-zone differences, and knowing who to trust from overseas can get complicated – which is why on-the-ground guidance is so crucial for successful vendor selection.
